Ways to Serve:
Fall Festival
October 31st at Westwood Elementary, we're hosting a fall festival for the whole community. This event is an opportunity for our church to serve hundreds of people in Ashe!
We need the following volunteers:
- Prayer Partners
- 6+ Game Repair and Prep Crew (prior to event)
- 46 Carnival Game Shift Volunteers
- 15 Setup Crew (3 with trucks or trailers)
- 15 Clean Up Crew (3 with trucks or trailers)
- 6 Registration Table Volunteers
- 1 Medical doctor, nurse, EMT/paramedic
- 3 Security Volunteers or off duty police

Hot Meal Outreach
On December 5th, we will host our annual hot meal outreach. This is a wonderful time for our cooks to serve by preparing food at the church. And then we need volunteers to deliver meals and visit with the shut-ins, sick or hurting in our community.
We the following volunteers:
- 20 Delivery Drivers
- 12 Food Prep/Pack
- 4 Clean Up Crew
- 12 Volunteers in each category: green beans, rolls, desserts, mash potatoes
- 2 Logistics Coordinators
Hot Meal Outreach

AppGen Ministry
Our children and students ministry is always growing and therefore, we can use more volunteers!
We need these Volunteers:
- AppKids (Birth-6th Grade) Sunday Worship 8:30am
- AppKids Sunday Worship 10:00am
- AppKids Wednesday 6:30pm
- AppStudents (7th-12th Grade) Wednesday 6:30pm
- AppStudents Annual and holiday events
First Impressions Ministry
Our First Impressions team is comprised of all the first faces you see when you attend AppChurch. From the shuttle bus drivers to the greeters at the front door to the coffee makers, this team is crucial to making all our members and guests feel welcome!
This team currently needs some more volunteers to serve on Sunday mornings at either the 8:30am or the 10:00am worship. If you'd like to serve on this team, please let us know.
First Impressions Ministry

We have a team preparing to go to Honduras!
This will be an opportunity to share the love of Jesus with children and families, serve alongside the local organization Salt and Light, build relationships with the Honduran people, and be a part of what God is doing through missions.
