An AppGroup is the starting point for relationships, spiritual growth, and service both inside and outside the church. AppGroups can take place on our Wednesday night ReFuel which is the hub for our Student Ministries where teaching, equipping and fellowship take place, or and AppGroup can take place any other day of week, weekly, bi weekly or monthly.
Our Regularly Meeting AppGroups
Refuel
Meets every Wednesday night across the street at Generations of Ashe at 6:30pm. For men and women, it’s a large group bible study with breakout groups for discussion.
Women in the Word
Meets every other Friday at 3:00pm in the Multi-Purpose Room at Appalachian Church, led by Meachele Martin.
Salty Sisters
This women's group meets on Tuesday evenings at Appalachian Church at 6:00pm.
Ironmen
Meets on Thursday mornings at 6:00am at the Coffee House Restaurant. This group is for men only.
Second Sunday Young Families Fellowship
Meeting again on April 12, this group shares a potluck meal and bible study at 12:00pm, after worship every second Sunday of the month.
Thursday AppGroup
This group will be led by Pastor Steve Allen and meet at 1:00pm on Thursdays. They are working through a study on the book of Romans.
Goodson Home Biblestudy
This group of adults and families meets at the Goodson’s home every other Saturday at 4:30pm.
Men's Biblestudy
This men’s group meets on Tuesday mornings. Currently this group is at max capacity.
Vertical
Young adult bible study group that meets this Thursday at 6:30pm in the Multi-Purpose Room #2.
