The Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
Warfare Prayer
based on 2 Corinthians 10:4-5)
“Father, Your Word says that no weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Therefore I declare that no weapon formed against me prospers this day or any day to come in Jesus’ name. Your Word says that trouble will not arise a second time (Nahum 1:9). Therefore I declare that Satan cannot make trouble for me again, in this manner, as he did in the past in Jesus’ name.
I declare all of these prayers accomplished and brought to pass by trusting you through faith and expectation in the name of Jesus. Lord Jesus, I confess to You all of my sins this day, yesterday and every day past. I repent and renounce them, those known and unknown, those of omission and commission, in what I have done and in what I have failed to do. I lay down at Your feet all of the sins of the flesh, the tongue, and of the heart, and all unholy thoughts and actions. Thank You, Lord, for shedding Your precious blood for me.
This day and each and every day I ask for protection over my spouse; each of my children; our immediate family members, relatives, friends, and acquaintances; and lastly for myself. I also ask today for protection during all of our travels; for our provision, finances, possessions, health, safety, and welfare. I put all of these things under the covering of Your precious blood and declare that Satan cannot touch them, on this day or any day to come.
I stand on Your Word. The enemy is driven out from before me, above me, around me, and below me; from my home, workplace, church and its ministries, children, and loved ones; from my works and labors, land, and my presence. I declare that he is not able to stand against me, and his works are taken captive and destroyed. No weapon formed against me will prosper, for the Spirit of the Lord shall raise a standard against them.
I declare all of these things accomplished by Your Word. Jesus, my Lord, I give You thanksgiving, praise, glory, honor and worship for Your righteousness and holiness given to me by Your Word on my behalf.”

Praying Scriptures
This is where the description goes.
3 R's to Freedom From Words
Words
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit”. Prov. 18.21
Proverbs 18:21 tells us, “The tongue has the power of life and death.” Words hold immense power: the universe was spoken into existence; Jesus performed miracles and cast out demons through his words; entire empires have been built or destroyed by the words of their leaders; words can alter the course of a person's life. For instance, words can bring life when we share the gospel of Christ and encourage our fellow believers.
In Luke 6:45, Jesus says, "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks." God provides us with profound wisdom for living an extraordinary life. Ultimately, God's aim isn't merely to refine our speech but to transform our hearts.
The Bible offers extensive guidance on the words we speak.
Ephesians 4:29 advises, “Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers”.
Proverbs 10:19 states, “In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, But he who restrains his lips is wise”.
Proverbs 15:4 notes, “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit”.
Colossians 4:6 encourages, “Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.”
God's desire is for us to be discerning with our words. However, scripture also reminds us that our speech reflects the condition of our hearts (Matthew 15:10–20). Negative speech indicates a heart in need of healing, as Jesus describes.
Consider these questions:
How do you speak in your daily interactions with your spouse, children, friends, and colleagues?
How do you communicate during disagreements?
What kind of language do you use in everyday conversations?
Consequences for not guarding our words
Lack of spiritual passion
Frustration
Lack of peace
Questioning of our calling in God
Drawn to old bondages
Defeated
How can we become more thoughtful with our words?
Declare and Repeat
Repent
Heavenly Father, I seek Your forgiveness for my harmful words. I confess that my speech has hindered others and given the enemy a foothold, blocking Your blessings. I recognize that my past and self-perception have shaped my speech. Please cleanse my heart and renew my words to reflect Your love and grace. I pray in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
Rebuke
Heavenly Father, Today, I declare that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, has forgiven me for every sinful word I have spoken. I now stand in the authority given to me over every idle word and demonic spirit that has used my words to gain influence. I rebuke every demonic spirit oppressing me because of my words and break the power of every sinful word I have ever spoken. I proclaim freedom to every person, place, or thing that my words have cursed and brought into bondage. I take back those words and wash them away with the Blood of Jesus. I declare freedom to those held captive by my words. Be free in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Restore
Holy Spirit, you used the Word of God to frame the universe. Today, I ask You to heal my heart so it may overflow with the Living Word, blessing myself and those around me. Help me to set my mind on the things above, filling my heart with a constant sound of praise. Speak through me, Holy Spirit. I surrender my heart and my mouth to You today. Use me to establish Your Kingdom and be a blessing to others, first through my words and then through the abundance of Your spiritual provision. Teach me to align my speech with Your will, preparing the way for the soon-coming King. I love You, sweet Spirit of God. In Jesus' name, amen.

How can we become more thoughtful with our words?
- Pray for guidance in your speech and seek opportunities to encourage others.
- Practice pausing before you speak. When responding to someone, take a moment to count to three and consider whether your response will honor God or harm the listener. Instead of rushing to criticize or use harsh language, strive to speak life-giving words.
- Apologize to those you've hurt with your words.

3 R's to Freedom From Depression
“Answer me quickly, O Lord; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit. Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I’ll lift up my soul.” Psalms 143.7-8
Depression affects millions of people, regardless of their faith. It can feel isolating and overwhelming, but turning to God's word can provide immense comfort and strength. Bible verses for depression bring hope and reassurance, reminding you that you are never alone. God's presence is always with you, offering comfort and guidance.
What is Depression?
Depression is a prolonged feeling of sadness, mourning, discouragement, despair, and an inability to overcome life’s difficult situations. It affects both the mind and spirit.
What Causes Depression?
Depression can be caused by various factors, including:
Traumatic circumstances beyond our control, such as the death of a family member, terminal illness, divorce, losing a job, and abuse.
Spiritual oppression due to sin.
Chemical imbalances in the brain.
Common symptoms associated with depression include:
- Isolation
- Neglect of physical appearance
- Suicidal tendencies
- Irritability
- Anxiety and worry
- Constant crying
- Inability to make decisions
- Negativity
- Insomnia
- Changes in appetite
- Low self-esteem
If you or a loved one suffers from depression, know that it does not mean you have weak faith or that God is punishing you.
Depression and the Mind
The way we think about ourselves influences our actions and behavior. Proverbs 23:7 tells us that our thoughts lead to actions, and these thoughts can affect our emotions positively or negatively.
To combat negative thoughts, substitute them with positive ones. Romans 12:2 encourages us to renew our minds.
Whenever a negative thought begins to form, counteract it with the Word of God and what God says about you.
Where to Start
1. Trust: Trust in God completely, believing He is working all things together for good. Romans 15:13 says, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
2. Daily pray, give thanks, and worship: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 urges us to “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
3. Connect with Others: Do not remain isolated. Seek help immediately. Having support and encouragement is important. Reach out to a loved one, a friend, your pastor.
Declare and Repeat
Repent
Heavenly Father, I repent for entertaining bad thoughts in my life, I ask you to forgive me in the name of Jesus. Thank you for being my refuge in good and bad times. In your infinite mercy, forgive me for allowing my days to be filled with pain and depression. Help me to realize that through you there is joy and the promise of lasting peace. Please help me not to focus on the negative but to focus on your blessings and your goodness. Please forgive me, cleanse me with Your precious blood, and draw me closer to You than ever before. Amen.
Rebuke
I renounce depression that up to now has influenced my mind and my life in the name of Jesus. Depression, I command you to leave me now! You no longer have any authority over me. Today, I choose joy, peace, and strength in the Holy Spirit of God who sets me free. I break all ties, agreements, and associations with sadness, depression, hopelessness, and heaviness. I am free, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Restore
Holy Spirit, you are my comforter, thank you for healing my heart, renewing my mind, and breaking every chain of oppression from depression. Teach me to walk in freedom. Thank you for joy which is my strength and will always come in the morning. Teach me your ways, surround me with your truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

3 R's to Freedom From Anger
“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.” James 1.19-20
Anger is a common issue that affects everyone, regardless of age, culture, or background. Unresolved anger can destroy marriages, break down families, and weaken communities.
What is Anger?
Anger is an emotional response to frustration or hostility. According to Webster, it's "a hostile feeling of displeasure resulting from injury, mistreatment, or opposition." Anger is triggered by unmet needs or expectations, which leads to emotional action.
Causes of Anger:
Past Hurts and Guilt: Accumulated pain and guilt from past experiences can trigger anger when new situations remind us of those hurts.
Rejection: Especially in childhood, rejection can cause deep bitterness.
Self-Worth: Favoritism damages self-worth and breeds resentment.
False Accusations: These damage reputations and stir up anger.
Frustration: When expectations are unmet, anger can arise.
Offenses: Taking up others' offenses can lead to deep-seated bitterness.
Resolving past experiences through forgiveness is crucial to managing anger effectively.
What are some of the physical reactions to anger (signs to alert us):
Hard breathing/rapid heartbeat
Paleness or flushing of face, neck, and hands
Dry mouth
Muscle tension
Clenched fists
Shouting/clenching of teeth
Stomach upset
Anxiety
Pacing back and forth
Tension headaches, Migraines, Colitis, Ulcers, hypertension, heart problems, stomach disorder, binge eating.
Consequences of Uncontrolled Anger
Foolish Actions: Anger leads to foolish behavior, often followed by regret. Proverbs 14:17 warns that a quick-tempered person acts foolishly.
Paying the Price: Proverbs 19:19 states that quick anger comes with consequences, and protecting someone from them only worsens the behavior.
Shame and Guilt: Anger often results in feelings of shame, guilt, and conflict.
Is Getting Angry a Sin?
Anger itself is not a sin, but letting it control you is. Ephesians 4:26 advises not to let anger lead to sin or become a pattern of behavior that fosters bitterness and hatred.
Anger and Words: James 1:19-21 encourages being slow to anger, as human anger does not produce righteousness.
Other Effects of Anger
Lack of Understanding: Proverbs 14:29 notes that a quick-tempered person lacks wisdom and makes poor decisions.
Leads to Sin: Proverbs 29:22 warns that anger causes strife and sin.
Contagious: Proverbs 22:24-25 advises avoiding quick-tempered people, as their anger can spread to others.
Hinders Prayer: 1 Timothy 2:8 states that anger hinders effective prayer.
How to Overcome Anger
Control Your Character: Exercise self-control and turn away from anger (Psalms 37:8).
Decide Not to React: Make a conscious decision to avoid letting anger control you.
Surrender to God: Let go of the need to defend yourself and allow God to handle justice (Romans 12:19-21).
Declare and Repeat
Repent
Heavenly Father, I come before You in the Name of Jesus Christ. I admit that I've allowed anger to take root in my heart, leading to rage. I acknowledge that I've strayed from the path of love, and I repent for letting offense and anger consume me. Please forgive me, and I ask for the cleansing power of Jesus' Blood over my life today. I commit to following You and Your ways from this moment forward. Wash me in the precious Blood of Jesus, Lord, and renew a clean heart and right spirit within me.
Rebuke
In the name of Jesus, I break my agreement with anger. I release all anger into Your hands, Lord Jesus, and I renounce any connection to it. 3 R's to Freedom from Anxiety
3 R’s to Freedom – Anxiety
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Phil. 4.6-7
Anxiety and fear are normal emotions that alert us to danger or when something is wrong. These emotions become a problem when they take over our lives and start controlling our decisions. Sometimes, our enemy uses anxiety to paralyze us, stopping us from living for God.
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, often about something that is about to happen or has an uncertain outcome. It involves anticipating future danger or misfortune, causing worry, distress, or tension. This perceived danger can be either internal or external. Anxiety can show up in different ways and with different levels of severity. It can be a minor annoyance, like feeling butterflies in your stomach, or a major issue, like an overwhelming fear that keeps you from leaving your house.
Symptoms of Anxiety
Chest pain or discomfort
Sensations of shortness of breath
A feeling of dizziness, light-headedness, or faintness
Numbness or tingling sensations
Sweating
A feeling of nervous apprehension
Muscle tension
Nausea or “butterflies” in the stomach
Fear without assurance of a desired outcome
Mind-raising/excessive negative thoughts
Panic attacks
The Bible is full of Scripture that confirms God wants us to experience peace instead of worry and stress. The Word even instructs us not to be anxious, if God says it, then we know it’s possible.
Fix your Thoughts
After the Apostle Paul told the Philippians not to be anxious (Philippians 4:6-7), he then focused on their thoughts: “Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Philippians 4:8
When you're anxious, it can feel like your thoughts and emotions are out of control. By controlling your thoughts, you can help manage your anxiety. One way God’s Word helps us is by helping us change our thoughts.
Exchanging Anxiety for Peace
Identify what triggers your anxiety.
Examine your unhealthy responses.
Read & meditate on the Word of God.
Pray and spend time with God.
Capture your wandering thoughts and replace them with the Word.
Make a list of what is pure, lovely, honorable, and admirable.
Declare and Repeat
Repent
Thank you, Father God, for being with me. Thank you for never leaving me or forsaking me. Thank you for your great love. Thank you for your protection. Today, I repent for allowing worry, anxiety, and fear to take control of my mind and emotions. Your Word tells me not to be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let my requests be made known to You; and your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. I declare Your peace guards my heart and my mind. Thank you for making me free from anxiety. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Rebuke
In the name of Jesus Christ, I rebuke and command every fear, anxiety, and worry to leave me. The precious blood of Jesus protects me and shields me. Lord God, because You are with me, I will not fear any evil. I am not anxious, for you are my God. Your hand of power makes me strong. Your hand of victory makes me win. Your hand of justice gives me righteousness. You are more than enough for me. Lord Jesus, I thank you for driving away anxiety, fear, and worry from me. I choose to receive your Peace.
Restore
Spirit of God help me renew my mind, so that I may think what is pure, lovely, honorable, and admirable. Please secure the helmet of salvation upon me so I am never without protection. Holy Spirit, come and fill me now with your peace. Give me strength for the battle and endurance to run the race. Graciously release your gifts of faith, hope and love, discernment and praise. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

Amen.
3 R's to Freedom from Self Hatred
3 R’s to Freedom – Self-Hatred
“Hatred stirs up strife, But love covers all sins”. Proverbs 10.12
Many people deal with self-hatred in different ways, and it can be very overwhelming. Some dislike themselves because of certain parts of their character or their life situation. They might believe they should be more successful, better looking, or have a different personality. Others hate themselves because of something they have done or because they feel they will never be good enough.
Self-hatred does not align with what God says about us.
What does God say about us?
We are fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psa. 139.14)
We are God’s workmanship, created for good works. (Eph. 2.10)
God loves us so much that He has offered us forgiveness through Jesus and adopted us as His children. (John 3.16/1 John 3.1)
God loves us the same way He loves Jesus. (John 17.23)
Nothing can separate us from the love of God. (Rom. 8.38-39)
God desires for us to love ourselves because we are all made in His image and likeness. Each of us is unique and valuable, and God loves us unconditionally. By loving ourselves, we recognize and accept God's love for us. Loving ourselves isn’t about being selfish or self-centered; it’s about treating ourselves with kindness, compassion, and respect. When we love ourselves, we are better able to love others and fulfill God’s purposes.
Ephesians 4:31-32 says: “Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.”

Repent
Dear Heavenly Father, Today, I admit I have sinned against myself by believing lies instead of Your Word. I have let the pain of disappointment and feeling like disappointment affect my thoughts and feelings. Your Word says I am fearfully and wonderfully made, accepted, blessed, and valued. I have struggled to believe this. Father, I repent for letting self-hatred into my life. Thank You for Your forgiveness. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for taking my pain, sin, and shame upon Yourself. Thank You that Your blood and Word cleanse my mind from negative thoughts. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Rebuke
Today, I break all agreements with myself and Satan that allowed self-hatred, fear, insecurity, shame, bitterness, and unforgiveness in my life. I renounce them and command them to leave me now. Lord, help me ignore the enemy's unloving thoughts. They are not mine but his. Everything available to Christ is available to me because I am Your child. I embrace the grace, love, and acceptance You provide, Lord Jesus. Help me overcome my struggles. Thank You for victory, in Jesus' name, Amen.

Holy Spirit, forgive me for grieving You and not allowing Your Spirit to influence my thoughts life, and actions. Please heal my mind, emotions, spirit, and physical body. Heal my disappointments, my hope, and my faith. Heal my ability to love myself and others. Help me see myself through Your eyes and to walk in my true identity. Father, give me Your love for others but also help me love myself and appreciate myself healthily. I come into agreement with God. I declare that I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

3 R's to Freedom From Divination
3 R’s to Freedom – Divination, A Gateway to the Occult
“Let no one be found among you…., who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord” Deut. 18.10-12
Since ancient times, people have practiced divination to predict the future, earn money, exert control, or manipulate others. This tradition has persisted over the years, exploiting those who seek divine insights, often unaware that it can lead to involvement with the occult.
What is Divination?
Divination is the art or practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge, usually through supernatural powers.
Practices Relating to Divination
Horoscopes
Psychics
Palm Readers
Tarot Cards
Quija Boards
Crystal gazing
New Age
Mind Control: Hypnosis, Telepathy
Levitation
Yoga
Acupuncture
Witchcraft
Why is Divination Dangerous?
Divination is dangerous because it serves as a gateway to the occult, opening the door for demonic oppression for you and your loved ones. The Bible explicitly condemns this practice. In Deuteronomy 18:10, God commands, “There shall not be found among you... anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens.” Similarly, 1 Samuel 15:23 equates rebellion with the “sin of divination.”
Divination is also cited as one of the reasons for Israel’s exile. Jeremiah 14:14 warns about false prophets, stating, “They are prophesying to you a lying vision, worthless divination, and the deceit of their own minds.” Thus, in contrast to God's truth, divination is portrayed as false, deceitful, and worthless.
Consequences of Divination
Fear
Torment
Nightmares
Insecurity
Self-Harm: cutting or scratching
Confusion
Illnesses
Poverty
Emotionally unstable
Suicide attempts

Lord Jesus, I declare today that You are my ultimate authority. Please forgive me for exposing my soul to divination and demonic influences. I trust in Your faithfulness to forgive and in the power of Your precious blood. I recommit my life to You today. I ask You to break all curses that I have brought upon myself and those I love. Forgive me for aligning with darkness and its destructive plans. Today, I choose to believe in Your promises for my life, embracing the hope and future You offer in Your kingdom. Amen.

3 R's for an Orphaned Mindset
An Orphaned Mindset
“For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.” Romans 8.15-16
Many people struggle with an orphan mindset, a recurring pattern of thoughts and emotions often rooted in childhood. The Oxford Dictionary defines "mindset" as "a habitual way of thinking" and "stronghold" as "a place that has been fortified against attack." When someone is neglected or abandoned, they may feel like they are walking through darkness. This can lead to the limited belief that they will never have what they need and must survive on their own.
Symptoms of an orphan mindset
Feelings of abandonment
Isolation
Alienated
Rejection
Defensive
Insignificant
Anger
Depression
Easily Defeated
Fearful
Insecure
Jealousy
Self-pity
Worry
Anxiety
Low Self-esteem
Lack of Identity
“I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you...” John 14:18
Jesus came to rescue us from an orphan mindset of insecurity and uncertainty by reversing this mindset to Sonship.
The Spirit of Adoption
“Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will.” Ephesians 1:4-5
God is a loving Father who desires to have a relationship with His children. His intention is for us to grow in our relationship with Him, becoming mature sons and daughters. Only in a relationship with God can the orphan spirit be displaced and replaced.
Results of the Spirit of Adoption

3 R's to Freedom from Secret Societies: Freemasonry, Shriners and Oddfellows
The 3 R’s to Freedom from Secret Societies: Freemasonry, Shriners, and Oddfellows
“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret.” Ephesians 5.11-12
Chances are, we all know someone or have a family member who was or is involved with Freemasonry or other similar societies. Most of these organizations typically present themselves as helpful organizations supporting social causes in local communities. Membership requires acceptance of the belief in the existence of a Supreme Being that includes the gods of Islam, Hinduism, or other religions. A person who joins or is a member of these organizations accepts a belief in God that is directly opposed to the clear teaching of the Bible in Exodus 20.3 and Isaiah 43.10.
Who Are These Societies?
Freemasonry: European settlers introduced Freemasonry to America, where it became deeply embedded in the nation's culture. This society is known for its secret rituals, including oaths, handshakes, passwords, and symbols. Members advance to various degrees, each imparting specific teachings and rituals. Freemasons refer to their deity as the "Great Architect of the Universe."
Odd Fellows: The Independent Order of Odd Fellows is thought to have originated in 18th-century England. Like the Masons, members progress through different degrees, learning the society's teachings and rituals. Although their traditions were largely undocumented, there are mentions of occult practices and grave robbing.
Shriners: Formally known as the Ancient Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, the Shriners were established in New York in 1870 as a fraternal branch of Freemasonry. To become a Shriner, one must first be a Mason who has attained the third degree or is recognized as a Master Mason.
What are the consequences of partaking in these societies?
Many of the members suffer from physical ailments associated with oaths and vows taken. These illnesses can range from mental diseases, asthma, heart conditions, and organ failure.

Salvation:
- The Bible teaches that salvation is a gift received by grace through faith, apart from works. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
- These societies teach that good work can lead to heaven.
- The Bible is considered the inspired revelation of God to humans (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
- Their teachings regard the Bible as one of many sacred books, all of equal importance.
- The Bible presents God as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—one God in three persons (1 John 5.7), with no other gods besides Him.
- These societies view God as a general being inclusive of all deities. Masonic teachings see Jesus as one of many spiritual leaders rather than the only Son of God (John 3:16) and God in human form (John 1:14).

3 R’s to Freedom
Spirit of Death
“I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.” Psalms 118.17
God desires for us to lead long and fulfilling lives. Unfortunately, the devil seeks to torment our minds with the spirit of death, but Jesus, who is the Resurrection and the Life, has the power to liberate us from any tormenting force. God wants us to triumph over the spirit of death and fully grasp the victory we have in Christ. The spirit of death not only ends physical lives but also steals hopes, dreams, and the fulfillment of God-given purposes, disrupting families and friendships.
How does the Spirit of Death Gain Access?
This spirit invades our minds and emotions unexpectedly, or when we let our spiritual guard down, the enemy exploits this vulnerability.

Other ways it can enter are:
- Traumatic or untimely death of a loved one.
- Terminal or prolonged illnesses.
- Harboring a desire to die.
- Depression.
- Occult involvement.
What are the Signs that a Spirit of Death is in Operation?
- There is an onslaught of sickness and disease reoccurring in your body.
- You are battling with discouraging thoughts to give up the fight and die.
- You are dealing with a barrage of accidents and strange events that can lead to death.
- You are struggling with suicidal thoughts.
- Random acts of violence from you or around you.
- You continuously engage in behaviors and activities that are dangerous, such as reckless driving, life-threatening sports, drug and alcohol abuse, and other negative habits that display a death wish.
Everything about God embodies life. His Word, His Son, His Spirit, His Blood, His Love, and all His attributes form a tidal wave of life. He created you to be victorious in every situation.
Declare and Repeat
Repent
Jesus, I have sinned against You by allowing the spirit of death to influence my life, my decisions, and my relationships. I have let fear affect me, causing me to lack the boldness and courage that come from Your peace and the message of the Cross. Please forgive me. Forgive me for allowing my mind to dwell on negative scenarios and potential harm. Forgive me for feeling overwhelmed by this world. You died to set me free from it and resurrected to lift me above it. Thank You, Jesus. I receive Your forgiveness and freedom. Amen!

3 R's to Freedom from the Spirit of Fear
Spirit of Fear
“For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and a sound mind!” 2 Timothy 1.7
Today, fear feels almost as constant as the air we breathe. From news filled with conflict and chaos to worries about health, security, and relationships, fear disrupts our peace. It often feels like an unwelcome guest, always present in our daily lives.
What is fear?
The world sees fear as a negative emotion stemming from perceived threats, but the Bible describes it as an evil spirit to be fought with spiritual weapons. 1 John 4:18 states that fear brings torment and is not from God. Instead, fear is a tactic of the devil to oppress, hinder, and prevent you from fulfilling God's will.
Types of fears
Symptoms of the Spirit of Fear
1. Prevents Action: Fear paralyzes us mentally and spiritually, making us afraid to act or pursue desires, leaving us hopeless and stuck.
2. Brings Torment: The mind becomes a battlefield, with fear leading to thoughts of depression, suicide, panic attacks, and sickness.
3. Enslaves: Fear keeps people in bondage, hindering their ability to advance in life, maintain relationships, and break free from past pain and behaviors.
Faith over Fear
Confronting fear with faith is a powerful strategy. Faith believes everything that God promised us in His Word. It believes in everything God does and will do in our lives.
Three things that defeat fear.
Power: Through faith, we have the strength to face life’s challenges, not in our strength but through the power of the Cross.
Love: Mature and perfect love casts fear out of everything.
Sound Mind: a sound mind will enable us to manage our emotions and reactions with discipline and self-control.
Declare and repeat
Repentance
